Keeping the legs ticking over

Geth and I were both a bit tender after the Inverness half yesterday, so today we went for a long walk to make sure our legs didn’t stiffen up too much. I took lots of photos and will do a proper post about it tomorrow!

Other than that, we’ve just been eating a lot, so the aim is to get back on plan for the rest of the week. The calories you burn during a half marathon will only let you get away with so much!
