Just a quick update tonight as internet is sketchy! Today I’ve run a new parkrun (review post coming in a few days’ time), eaten a lot of cake, and done a lot of editing work for clients. Looking forward to everything settling down again mid-week.

Went out and ran the Blaydon Race and did not die, even though I felt like I was going to at various points. I would really, really like it if I never came down with a cold just before a race ever again.

Now to sleep for three days solid until the next time I have to leave the house.

After a whirlwind morning of extra clients showing up with emergency day job work, my usual treadmill run, getting away with only half a pound gain at Slimming World (I have not been good at staying on plan this week so I’m okay with that!), finishing the day job work I’d actually planned to get done today, and getting a small chunk done on my writing project, it is officially Easter holidays and I am off out for a Maundy Thursday night out tonight!
