The week after Chester Metric was a bit hectic – Geth was hospitalised with what turned out to be vestibular neuritis and so I was back and forth between home and the hospital for a few days. Wanted a really quiet weekend after that so it was just a nice walk to Jesmond Dene and then an easy-ish jog round.
The Dene is especially lovely in the autumn – I’ll be there fairly often over the next month or so.
