Here’s one that Mum and Dad found in Wales.

A defibrillator box – always good to see this kind of re-use.

Here’s a phone box from the village where we were staying in May for my friend Sharpy’s stag do. It was a glorious weekend (suspiciously so for Scotland in May; my suspicions were justified when the heavens opened while we were waiting for chips at the chippy van) and I had a lovely short walk down the road to photograph this box.

This phone box is right next to a pub, so probably more of a pleasant item of décor these days!
Here’s another one that Geth and I found in Scotland in May.

This one stands outside the Ben Lawers Hotel, which possibly explains the chalk advert board for a ‘Scottish Music Session this Friday’ that’s sitting inside the box.
Here’s another box from my nice post-parkrun drive with Geth in Scotland back in May!

This one is a bit neglected, but the overgrowth is quite pretty (or it was on a sunny day in May, anyway).
Geth and I found this one while on our own Scottish adventures. It’s in Aberfeldy Caravan Park, just off the A827.
(Coordinates 56°62’23.1″N, 3°85’78.1″W.)
It seems to be acting as a nice decoration for the caravan park more than anything else!
More from Scotland next week.
