Since I first went to the physio a few weeks ago to treat my mid-marathon-block injury cluster, I’ve been doing half an hour of strength training every day. This sometimes feels a bit tedious, but it is working – my aches and pains have gone away now and the foam roller and massage gun aren’t hurting anymore. Just hoping that this improvement continues right up to the marathon.
Game is coming along nicely already. It’s a process I really enjoy.
