My practice 10k

I went for a long slow 10k this morning.  I made sure to take it really easy, but I’m still running quite a bit quicker than I was when I was pushing myself this time last year, so I’m hopeful of a really good time for Sunderland now.

That’s the long run done, so after parkrun this weekend, it’ll just be a quick 4k next Tuesday to rest the legs for the race.  Really pleased with how things are going!
