Mid-Saturday update 28 July 201828 July 2018 Dee Diary An early diary update today, as I’m off to a hen do this evening! I went to parkrun this morning – it was another tourist run, so I’ll post about that properly later in the week. I will say I got a really good PB though! Will update more tomorrow.
